(All images are to be provided by the client. Client is to ensure
that permission is granted for the use of all images used on the
website. ejrs.com will not be held accountable for any breach
of copyright laws arising from the misuse of copyrighted materials).

• Basic Submission to major search engines such as Yahoo, AltaVista,
Google.
(Client to provide required details in email.
• External hyperlinks to other companies, sponsors, etc.
Extras Not included in this package
Pricing & Payment
• US$50.00 per page
• US$1.00 for each additional static .jpg image
• US$5.00 for each sound file (.wav, .mid, .mp3)
• US$5.00 for each animated .gif image
• US$100.00 upwards for each Flash animation depending on the
complexity.
• US$100+ for design of company/org logo
Terms & Conditions
1. This package is targeted to clients who wish to upgrade, re-design
or simply have a new website that is fast, sleek, informative
and meets the needs of their company.
2. This package requires 3 weeks or more to complete depending on
the size and complexity of the design.
3. All images (.gif, .jpg) and sound files are to be provided by
the client.
4. Source files will not be released to the client. Only finished
products shall be given to the client; in this case, only the
files with the extensions .gif, .jpg, .swf, .htm, .html, and .mid,
.wav, .mp3, .wma and/or .mpg which were provided by the client.
5. Website hosting is not supported or managed in this package and
shall be treated separately.
6. Ideally, the client must have their domain name and website ready
beforehand. Should the client require provision of a domain name
registration and web space, client shall bear an additional costs
according to the rates listed under EXTRAS on this form.
7. Technical support is only provided when & where it is applicable
to the web design under the package.
8. A Grace Period of One Month (30 days) is provided to the client
to settle the remaining 20% of the payment. Should the client
fail to settle the payment within the stipulated time, ejrs.com
will temporarily deactivate the website until payment is cleared.
Upon payment, website will be restored promptly.
9. Website will be maintained free of charge for a total of 4 (four)
months afterwhich normal updating fees will be charged.
Any payment made is not refundable.
*CLAIMS OF INDEMNITY
ejrs.com shall not be liable for any breach in copyright laws
over use of the images, sound files, etc for the website design.
Client shall hold full responsibility in securing authorized use
of any item electronically or in print which is protected under
international and national copyright laws.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold ejrs.com, its affiliates and
their respective employees, consultants and other agents harmless
from and against any losses, costs, damages or expense including
reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from claims or actions arising
out of third party claims for infringement of copyright or other
intellectual property rights and violation of rights of privacy
and publicity. You agree that you are solely responsible for defending
any claim, and for payment of damages or losses resulting from
the foregoing to both a third party and to ejrs.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The completed client’s website, is available on an “AS IS” basis.
ejrs.com makes no warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied,
including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of
any service or products (including completed client’s website)
provided by ejrs.com for a particular purpose including, without
limitation, the projects, the contents of any websites or pages,
any technical malfunction, computer error, loss of data, delay
in operation, computer viruses, communication line failure, destruction
or unauthorized use or access to any websites or records, or other
injury, damage or disruption to client. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
should ejrs.com be liable for any reason, client agrees that in
no event shall ejrs.com be responsible for liability ever. In
no event shall ejrs.com be liable of any indirect, incidental,
consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or
related to this agreement even if such damages are foreseeable
and whether or not ejrs.com has been advised of the possibility
thereof. ejrs.com will not be liable for, or considered to be
in breach of or in default, on account of any delay or failure
to perform as anticipated by the parties. You further agree that
you will not hold ejrs.com responsible for any acts, errors, or
omissions of any third party in connection with our services and
products or that of the client’s. ejrs.com reserves the right
to reject any content at anytime.
